Europe's biggest youth football tournament will be back in Salzburg again. Daniel Beichler's side made a very promising start in Prague, taking three points with a 3-2 win over Sparta. Our second of six UEFA Youth League matches in the league phase will be at home - on Tuesday 1 October from 14:00 CEST at the Red Bull Football Academy.
While we took an away win in the Czech capital, our French opponents started their UEFA Youth League campaign with a serious setback, suffering a 1-4 defeat at home to Sturm Graz. The side coached by Olivier Auriac will therefore be determined to get a result this time.
They are a really good football team. They were matching Sturm for a long time, until the third goal fell. They were close to equalising before then. We have to get a good intensity onto the pitch from the first moment on and make things extremely awkward for the opponents. We want to be as active on the ball as we were in Prague, as that really impressed me - and we want to press on now.

Our UEFA Youth League matches this season are again being held at the Red Bull Football Academy, which features a brand-new stand with covered seats (in limited numbers!). Our UEFA Youth League home match against Stade Brest has free entrance for fans, but match tickets must be booked in advance! Tickets can be booked online in our Ticket Shop. There will be no tickets available on the day.
There are no public parking spaces available at the academy. Access is only via a free shuttle bus from the Red Bull Arena stadium car park. The buses depart from the Kaindlstraße at the stadium, and travel directly to the academy and back after the match.
Departure times:
We recommend travelling by bicycle. The building of the new stand has also resulted in additional bicycle parking at the academy entrance.
As usual with our UEFA Youth League matches, our Young Bulls can be seen on a free live stream on our website.
