Davide Zappacosta insists Atalanta can be a title challenger this season.

The fullback signed for La Dea last week from Chelsea.

Zappacosta said, "We do not feel inferior to anyone, but we keep our feet on the ground, playing to win against Juve, as well as with Empoli.

"Everything is in our hands, only the pitch will tell who is the best.

"In recent years Atalanta has proven to be among the best four or five, but in football we must always confirm ourselves."
