Arda Güler sends message of support to Real Madrid teammate Vinícius over Ballon d’Or | OneFootball

Real Madrid youngster Arda Güler has on Monday evening sent a message of encouragement the way of teammate Vinícius Jr.

This, of course, comes amid a difficult day all told for the Brazilian international.

Long considered something of a shoo-in to become the latest Ballon d’Or winner, Vinícius was ultimately snubbed for the prize, instead handed to Manchester City midfielder Rodri.

Messages of support, in turn, have since come flooding in for the 24-year-old, on the part of fans, players and more.

And, as alluded to above, adding his name to the list of Vinícius’ backers a short time ago was Real Madrid teammate Arda Güler.

Taking to his official Instagram account, youngster Güler unveiled a simple post, showcasing he and Viní in a warm embrace on the pitch.
