Arne Slot's X-rated rant at referee Michael Oliver, which saw the Liverpool manager handed a two-game ban, has been revealed.

Slot was subsequently handed a two-game ban and fined £70,000 and now the Football Association has released the written reasons behind the punishment.

The Dutchman approached the referee after the full-time whistle had been blown, shook his hand and said Oliver had “f****** give them everything”, adding that he hoped that the referee “was proud of that performance."

Slot walked away but approached Oliver one minute later to add that “if we don’t win the league, I’ll f****** blame you.”

The written reasons add that Slot insists he actually said: “If we don’t win the league, I will have you to thank for that.”

Slot is then said to have turned to the assistant referee and shouted twice that it was “a f****** disgrace", which led to his red card.

Hulshoff is said to have approached the referee in an “extremely aggressive manner”, called Oliver's performance “f****** s***" and echoed Slot's assertion that Everton had been "given everything".
