Champions League: Aston Villa vs Bologna – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV | OneFootball

Thijs Dallinga challenges Santiago Castro to get a starting spot in the Bologna attack against Aston Villa this evening.

It kicks off at 21:00 CET (19:00 GMT) at the Villa Park in Birmingham.

The Rossoblu have one point in the opening two games, while Aston Villa won both their opening matches against Young Boys and Bayern Munich.

Dan Ndoye and Aston Villa loanee Samuel Iling-Junior have recovered from injuries and have travelled to England with the rest of the team, while Michel Aebischer, Martin Erlic and Lewis Ferguson are still dealing with fitness issues.

Lukasz Skorupski will return in goal for the Rossoblu. Emil Holm is favourite over Stefan Posch for the right-back role, and Jhon Lucumí will get the nod in central defence alongside Sam Beukema.

Dutch striker Dallinga started against Liverpool in Round 2 and may be picked over Castro again.

Giovanni Fabbian is favourite over Kacper Urbanski for the attacking midfield role.
