Another report has claimed that AC Milan are interested in bringing Andreas Skov Olsen back to Serie A, with Geoffrey Moncada a big fan of the winger.

Calciomercato.com state that Milan are studying their strategy and evaluating reinforcements in view of the January transfer window with the aim of giving Paulo Fonseca a complete squad in every department, to try and win Serie A and go far in the Champions League.

Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic are the established starters on each flank but doubts are beginning to emerge regarding the back-up options, and this is why Moncada is looking at Skov Olsen, as La Gazzetta dello Sport also reported.

He was at Bologna for two and a half years, scoring just three goals, and then was sold to Club Brugge in January 2022, where he has so far amassed 45 goals and 25 assists in 109 total matches.

While the Rossoneri have doubts about Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze, the feeling is that Skov Olsen – who is still only 24 years of age and is a Denmark international – could be a valid option, with a valuation of €15-18m.

It is an expense that could give Milan a reinforcement capable of covering both roles – although in his career he has played more on the right, cutting in on his left – for a player whose contract expires in 2026.

The Charles De Ketelaere deal means there is a good relationship between the clubs, which could help things in view of January or even next summer.
