Crama then enjoyed a season-long loan with League Two side Bristol Rovers where he made 27 appearances for the Pirates.
The defender recently impressed at League One side Exeter where he made 22 league appearances after making the loan move to the club in July 2024.

He will now join Alex Neil’s Millwall who are currently 14th in the Championship.
Discussing Crama’s time at the club, MacFarlane said: “Working with Tristan has been amazing and I wish him all the best in his career.
“He was a prominent part of a successful period at the club, winning the Premier League Cup and being an important member of that cup-winning squad.
“I have no doubt that Tristan is well prepared for this next step and will continue improving in the years to come.”
