Graham Potter will be eager to get the mood lifted dramatically today as West Ham host rivals Spurs at the London Stadium.

Both clubs are enduring difficult seasons domestically, which presents Potter an opportunity to overcome a side who have one eye on their Europa League campaign.

West Ham will of course be without Michail Antonio and Crysencio Summerville for today’s encounter, while Niclas Fullkrug is pushing for a start.

Evan Ferguson is available for selection having been suspended for the Brighton match last weekend.

It’s understood that Edson Alvarez is available for selection today, so it will be interesting to see if Graham Potter recalls the Mexican international, considering the suggestion of a falling out and an impending exit from the club this summer.

James Maddison and Dominic Solanke are high serious doubts for the visitors today, with Lucas Bergvall and Son Heung-min confirmed as absent.
