Manchester United star Harry Maguire has paid tribute to former Sheffield United star George Baldock after the news of his death.

Former Premier League star George Baldock who made over 200 appearances for Harry Maguire’s former club Sheffield United has died aged 31.

The former Sheffield United star has been playing for Greek side Panathinaikos with the defender also being capped 12 times for Greece because of his Greek Grandfather.

The former MK Dons man was reportedly found dead in his swimming pool on Wednesday night.

Former Manchester United captain Harry Maguire took to Instagram to pay tribute to Baldock after the tragic news of his death.

Maguire posted an Instagram story with a picture of Baldock playing for his former club Sheffield United with the caption ‘RIP’.
