Three Lions conclude their Nations League campaign at Wembley
England play Ireland at Wembley in their final game of 2024.
Victory for the Three Lions will secure promotion back to the top tier of the Nations League and confidence in the camp is high after Thursday’s 3-0 win in Greece.
Lee Carsley will take charge of England for the last time as interim head coach before Thomas Tuchel takes over in January.
Harry Kane will return to lead the England attack after starting on the bench against Greece.
Ireland come into the game off the back of a 1-0 win over Finland.
