A number of Juventus players were in national team action during this current men’s international window, both in Europe and further afield.
Let’s dive into the results of each of the Bianconeri to have played on Thursday, 14 November.
Andrea Cambiaso had a positive impact with the Azzurri, starting from the first minute and showing his usual application on the pitch. Fellow Juventus teammate Federico Gatti made an appearance from the bench as well, as did Manuel Locatelli.
Nicolo Savona remained on the Italian bench throughout, as did Samuel Mbangula on the Belgian bench.
Brazil shared the spoils with Venezuela in 2026 World Cup qualification, going ahead through a Raphinha strike before being pegged back. Vinicius Junior missed a penalty as well.
Danilo was an unused substitute for Brazil.
Mauricio Pochettino got his first win with the USMNT in his first competitive game, with a Christian Pulisic strike giving them a narrow 1-0 victory.
Weston McKennie got 72 minutes under his belt, while Timothy Weah was suspended for the game.
Jonas Rouhi wore the captain’s armband for Sweden’s Under-21s in their 2-0 win over Ireland, and he played the full 90 minutes.
Two more Bianconeri will be in action on Friday, 15 November, with Dusan Vlahovic and Francisco Conceicao taking the field with Serbia and Portugal, respectively.
