Jude Bellingham’s agents make contact with Real Madrid board | OneFootball

The representatives of Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham have initiated contacts with the club’s board, over the possibility of working out a contract renewal for the player.

Midfielder Bellingham, for his part, is of course in the midst of another standout campaign to date.

After shining en route to La Liga Player of the Year honours in his debut term with Real Madrid, the Englishman has spent recent months rediscovering his best form once more.

All told, across 32 appearances in all competitions, Bellingham has racked up 11 goals and 10 assists.

His most recent telling contribution came just 48 hours ago, when the former Borussia Dortmund talent notched a last-gasp winner en route to Real’s Champions League downing of Manchester City.

And such ongoing excellence on the part of their client has culminated in Bellingham’s entourage kicking into gear a push for a new and improved contract.

That’s according to Diario AS, who report that:

‘With Bellingham, it is common knowledge within the Madrid dressing room that his agents have knocked on the door to update his contractual situation which, based on performance, has become outdated.’
