Ivan Juric is expected to sign for Premier League side Southampton today and according to Corriere dello Sport, his former club, Roma, will save approximately €1m gross from his contract termination.
Roma sacked Juric in November after just 12 games in charge of the Giallorossi, and the Croatian tactician is close to reaching an agreement to become the new Southampton coach.

Several sources in Italy have reported that Juric has already terminated his contract with the Giallorossi.
According to Corriere dello Sport, this will allow Roma to save €1m gross. Juric had signed a contract until 2025 in September but remained at the Stadio Olimpico for less than two months.
Claudio Ranieri has replaced Juric in the capital, but the ex-Leicester City boss will leave at the end of the season.
The Italian tactician will help the club identify a new coach for 2025-26. A fresh report from Tuttosport newspaper suggests that Carlo Ancelotti is the leading candidate for the job at the Stadio Olimpico.
