Key Real Madrid star left out of squad for Celta Vigo clash | OneFootball

A leading member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has been left out of the club’s squad for their next outing.

The player in question? Rodrygo.

Real Madrid are of course primed to return to action on Sunday afternoon.

Amid ongoing efforts to chase down arch rivals Barcelona top the La Liga table, Los Blancos will play host to Celta Vigo, in a league clash.

As is customary, Carlo Ancelotti’s matchday squad for the matchup was unveiled a short time ago, featuring a whole host of injury absentees.

As alluded to above, though, one altogether more surprising omission came in the form of Rodrygo.

As of yet, no explanation for the Brazilian missing out has been provided, albeit with the assumption being that he has picked up some form of fitness problem.
