Lazio set for key meeting with Maurizio Sarri’s agent | OneFootball

Serie A side Lazio are keen on hiring Maurizio Sarri and have scheduled a meeting with his agent.

There have been openings from both parties regarding a return to the Stadio Olimpico and La Lazio Siamo Noi have reported that the Biancocelesti are trying to beat competition from Fiorentina and Atalanta.

The ex-Juventus manager is still making reflections about his future and wants to make the best decision regarding his future. He has already received a two-year deal from Lazio and there is an option for a third. The situation is in a stalemate due to the involvement of the two other clubs but Lazio have scheduled a meeting with Sarri’s agent Alessandro Pellegrini.

It is expected to happen in the next few hours and both parties will look to find an agreement and will try to understand the right conditions about the manager’s return to Rome and if other options could be more suitable.
