Lazio coach Marco Baroni will reportedly test Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Loum Tchaouna in new roles this Friday against Como.
If losing the Derby della Capitale to their blood rivals Roma wasn’t enough, the Biancocelesti will also be deprived of their key trio Mattia Zaccagni, Mario Gila and Taty Castellanos who earned suspensions in the aftermath. The banned trio will be added to the list of absentees which includes Patric and Matias Vecino, thus forcing Baroni to improvise new solutions.
According to La Lazio Siamo Noi, the 61-year-old will confirm the 4-2-3-1 tactical shape, but with a few tweaks. The source expects Dele-Bashiru to feature on the left wing and Tchaouna as an attacking midfielder, as Pedro and Tijjani Noslin aren’t in optimal physical shape to start. Gustav Isaksen will thus maintain his spot on the right flank, while Boulaye Dia leads the line.
With Patric and Gila both absent, Lotito will have to entrust Samuel Gigot with a starting role alongside Alessio Romagnoli. The French defender recently stirred controversy for his ill-advised behavior against Atalanta, but the club will be hoping to open a fresh chapter. On the flanks, Manuel Lazzari is the favorite to take over from Adam Marusic, while Luca Pellegrini could give Nuno Tavares a breather.
