The Lega Serie A announced the disciplinary action taken following the completion of the Week 24 fixtures.

Marianucci saw red during Milan’s victory away to Empoli after a VAR On-Field Review showed him intentionally kick Gimenez in the crotch with his trailing foot.

That gesture has now also earned him a two-match Serie A ban.

Tomori was sent off for two bookable offences in that same encounter and is therefore given a standard one-match ban.

The same goes for players who amassed enough yellow cards to activate suspension, namely Bryan Cristante (Roma), Daniele Ghilardi (Verona), Moise Kean (Fiorentina) and Samuele Ricci (Torino).

Torino assistant manager Lino Filipe Neves Godinho was sent off from the touchline during the 1-1 draw with Genoa and received a one-match ban.
