According to a report from L’Équipe, AS Monaco are paying close attention to the development of Sheffield United’s Ryan Oné (18). The Franco-Scottish forward has been gaining playing time with The Blades this season after earning his club debut during their previous campaign in the Premier League.

Oné has made 12 appearances for Sheffield United this season across all competitions and scored his first goal for the club during the 2-1 victory over Bristol City. Sheffield are currently in the thick of a promotion chase, and sit second in the table, only a point behind Leeds United.

His promise has been noticed by multiple teams across Europe and Monaco may face some fierce competition if they want to sign him. Ipswich are close to making an opening offer for the forward, while Juventus and RB Salzburg are thought to be monitoring his situation. The Blades could soon find a race developing for the teenager.
