Official: Real Madrid squad list to face Celta Vigo – key forward absent | OneFootball

After their Copa del Rey final defeat last weekend, Real Madrid will be aiming to bounce back to winning ways on Sunday when they face Celta Vigo in La Liga at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ahead of what is a must-win fixture for Los Blancos to stay alive in the league title race, manager Carlo Ancelotti has announced the squad list of players available for selection tomorrow.

In a major development, star forward Rodrygo Goes has been left out of the squad for Real Madrid’s game against Celta Vigo.

So far, the Brazilian, who is said to be considering a summer exit, is not on the list to face the Galician outfit due to a fever.

Meanwhile, youngsters Youssef ‘Yusi’ Lekhedim and Jacobo Ramon have been called up by Ancelotti to reinforce the defensive line which is weakened by the absence of Antonio Rudiger, David Alaba, Ferland Mendy, Eder Militao, and Dani Carvajal.

Eduardo Camavinga is also absent with an injury but Jude Bellingham is available despite raising concerns with his absence in training yesterday.
