Real Madrid suffered yet another disappointing defeat last night as they lost 3-2 to Barcelona in the finals of Copa del Rey at Estadio de La Cartuja.
The loss leaves Carlo Ancelotti on the brink of an exit from the Santiago Bernabeu while the game in itself might have major repercussions for the remainder of the season.
After all, three players – Antonio Rudiger, Lucas Vazquez, and Jude Bellingham were all sent off and could be suspended for multiple matches.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid also saw four of their players leave the pitch with physical problems raising concerns heading into the final weeks of the season.
Now, according to journalist Arancha Rodriguez, three Real Madrid stars – Ferland Mendy, Antonio Rudiger, and Dani Ceballos – will undergo tests today or tomorrow to determine the extent of their injuries.

Mendy had returned to action last night after over a month with an injury but lasted less than ten minutes as he had to be replaced by Fran Garcia after a right quadriceps injury.
Meanwhile, Ceballos was taken off in the 55th minute of the game and it has now emerged that the midfielder is dealing with discomfort in his left ankle.
Rudiger, too, was withdrawn in extra time with a problem, with the report claiming that the German international is dealing with some discomfort in his right knee.
The veteran defender, who was shown a red card while on the bench, will now undergo tests either today or tomorrow, along with Ceballos and Mendy.
Vinicius Jr. was another player who was taken off during the Barcelona game due to a physical problem. However, the winger is understood to be fine and his issue is believed to have been only a blow.
