Roma have made it their priority to keep Mile Svilar at all costs next season.

The goalkeeper’s performances and crucial saves have continued to play a vital role in Roma’s season so far, contributing to the team’s ongoing 19-game unbeaten streak.

With the contract renewal on the line, Roma have advanced yet another offer to convince Svilar and his agent who is currently in the Italian capital.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma’s last offer for a new contract dates back to ten days ago for a contract worth upwards of 3 million euros per season with a bonus in a 5-year contract.

What is missing then? The newspaper writes that there is no agreement on the release clause proposed by the player’s entourage and which still does not convince the Roma management.

If there is an exit option it will certainly be high, so as not to make the Giallorossi have any regrets in the coming years.
