San Siro Not Full & No Tifos – AC Milan Fail To Sell Out San Siro For Coppa Italia Clash Vs Inter

AC Milan and Inter will renew hostilities for the latest Derby della Madonnina edition in tomorrow’s Coppa Italia semi-finals.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, ‘only’ 65,000 fans will attend the first leg of this mouth-watering last-four tie.
Milan’s disastrous campaign is largely responsible for the club’s failure to sell out the San Siro for tomorrow’s clash.
Despite lifting the Supercoppa Italiana title in January, it’s been a dismal season for the Rossoneri.
Indeed, Sergio Conceicao will likely leave the club, with Milan on the verge of missing out on a top-four finish in Serie A.
The empty “Curva Nord” section of the stadium is seen after supporters exited the stadium in honour of “Ultra” boss Vittorio Boiocchi, who was shot dead near his home, during the Italian Serie A football match between Inter Milan and Sampdoria at the Giuseppe-Meazza (San Siro) stadium in Milan on October 29, 2022. Though they’ve not impressed on the pitch, Milan have generated the highest average attendance in Serie A.
Indeed, an average of 71,500 fans have attended their league matches this term.
However, the Rossoneri faithful have grown tired of the team’s lackluster form.
Furthermore, law enforcement restrictions after a recent investigation suggest this derby will again lack spectacular choreographies.
Nonetheless, spectators should be in for a treat.
