It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Dall’Ara.
It’s a Champions League showdown as Juventus sit fourth, just one point above the fifth-placed Rossoblu.
Bologna are without the injured Emil Holm, Dan Ndoye and Estanislau Pedrola, while the Old Lady’s list of absentees is significantly longer as Teun Koopmeiners, Dusan Vlahovic, Federico Gatti, Lloyd Kelly, Juan Cabal, Gleison Bremer and Arkadiusz Milik have all been ruled out, plus the suspended Kenan Yildiz.
Multiple sources in Italy, including Gazzetta and Tuttosport, claim Bologna coach Vincenzo Italiano will look to Lewis Ferguson in central midfield, while Benjamín Domínguez will replace the injured Ndoye as a left winger.
Igor Tudor is short of options in defence, so Nicolò Savona is expected to start as a right centre-back in a three-man defence, completed by Renato Veiga and Pierre Kalulu.
Francisco Conceiçao is once again tipped to start on the bench, making room for Weston McKennie and Nico Gonzalez behind the sole striker Kolo Muani.
The match will be shown on TNT Sports 1, OneFootball in the UK, and Paramount+ and Fox Deportes in the USA.
Bologna (4-2-3-1): Skorupski; Calabria, Beukema, Lucumi, Miranda; Ferguson, Freuler; Orsolini, Odgaard, Cambiaghi; Dallinga.
Juventus (3-4-2-1): Di Gregorio; Savona, Veiga, Kalulu; Weah, Locatelli, Thuram, Cambiaso; Nico Gonzalez, McKennie; Kolo Muani.
