Lazio are forced to completely reshuffle amid injuries and bans following the derby defeat, as they try to get back on track against Nico Paz’s unpredictable Como.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT.
This game officially opens the second half of the Serie A season, although some teams have one or two games in hand.
Nonetheless, Lazio sit in fourth place after the 1-1 draw with Atalanta and 2-0 defeat to city rivals Roma.
That ill-tempered affair saw Taty Castellanos sent off, so he is suspended along with Mattia Zaccagni and Mario Gila.
Add injuries for Gil Patric and Matias Vecino, plus Pedro, Tijjani Noslin and Nuno Tavares not fully fit, and Marco Baroni has to transform his side.
Boulaye Dia leads the attack with support from Gustav Isaksen, Loum Tchaouna and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru.

Como have been improving lately with victories over Roma and Lecce, but remain just one point clear of the relegation zone.
Edoardo Goldaniga is suspended, with Maxi Perrone and Sergi Roberto carrying knocks.
Patrick Cutrone is preferred to Andrea Belotti upfront with Real Madrid youth product Nico Paz.
Jean Butez arrived from Antwerp this week and is thrown straight into the starting XI by coach Cesc Fabregas, dropping veteran Pepe Reina to the bench.
When these teams met on October 31, Lazio emerged 5-1 winners with Matthias Braunoder and Nuno Tavares both sent off.
