The Serie A table has been transformed following the Week 26 results, as Inter are the new leaders leapfrogging Napoli ahead of the head-to-head, with Atalanta also closing up and Juventus going clear in fourth.

This has been a potentially pivotal weekend in the Scudetto race, because for the first time in 2025, Inter are on top of the table.

They took full advantage with a 1-0 victory over Genoa, as Napoli continued to falter following three consecutive stalemates, losing 2-1 away to Como.

Atalanta are also closing the gap on the top two, hammering Empoli 5-0 away from home to put themselves within three points of the new leaders, and two behind Napoli.

Considering next weekend is the head-to-head at the Stadio Maradona, if that tie ends in a draw and Atalanta also beat Venezia, then the top will have Inter on 58 points, Napoli and Atalanta with 57.

The fight for the Champions League is also hotting up, as Juventus broke two points clear of Lazio in fourth position.

Fiorentina fell further behind with a third consecutive defeat, but Milan failed to advance with their surprise loss to Torino.

The Week 26 fixtures conclude on Monday evening with Roma hosting rock bottom Monza.
