Dejan Kulusevski and Kevin Danso will again miss out for Tottenham when they face rivals Chelsea on Thursday night.
Kulusevski has missed the last four games for his club because of a foot injury.
Danso, meanwhile, is recovering from a hamstring injury which forced him to miss the defeat to Fulham before the international break.
And boss Ange Postecoglou says both are still a couple of weeks away from returning.
“Kevin and Deki are working hard still, they’re probably a couple of weeks away, but both are progressing well,” he said ahead of the game against Chelsea.
Lucas Bergvall is set to be included in the squad, however, having been absent for Sweden over the international break because of illness.
“Lucas is fine,” Postecoglou said. “He had a bit of an illness, picked up a bug, but he got back at the weekend and got straight back into training.”
Richarlison, meanwhile, has returned to training and could potentially be involved against Chelsea.
“Richy’s training with the group,” Postecoglou said. “Again, it’s about when we reintroduce him to the matchday squad, but he’s training with the main training group, which is positive.”
The Spurs boss also confirmed that the rest of his squad, bar long-term absentee Radu Dragusin, are fit to play against Chelsea.
“It was a good international break for us,” he continued.
“Firstly, obviously no-one picked up anything, which is important, but also some guys got some game time which we felt was going to be important, guys like (Cristian) Romero, Destiny (Udogie), Matty Tel, Wilson (Odobert) and all these guys who missed a lot of football recently all got some good game time.
“The ones who played all did relatively well, they’re all back and we’ve had a strong training group in the last couple of days.”
