Ahead of our Boxing Day clash away at Stoke City in the Sky Bet Championship, our hosts have provided us with the following information.

With over 3,300 supporters making the journey, fans are advised to familiarise themselves with the below information, ahead of travelling to the bet365 Stadium.

Supporter information:

  • The away end has moved since our last visit to a new location in the South East Corner of the stadium.
  • Your entrance to the stadium is located opposite the Toyota garage on Stanley Matthews Way. The exact location can be found as a whatthreewords link here: https://w3w.co/decay.spits.water
  • The away turnstiles, concourse, catering units and bars will be open from 5.30pm ahead of the 8pm kick-off.
  • You will be required to walk through a chicane setup on your approach to the turnstiles.
  • For ticket collections, head to turnstile 42, on the right-hand side as you walk down the ramp.
  • The concourse bars will remain open for half an hour after the conclusion of the game.
  • Please note that host venue staff may, at times, need to slow down the speed of pedestrians during the exit from the stadium following the final whistle. Please follow their instructions to ensure safe passage.

  • Discriminatory language or chanting is not acceptable and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination abuse of all kinds.
  • Tough measures and sanctions are in place across all English football leagues to tackle dangerous and illegal behaviours within football grounds, and this involves but is not limited to, discriminatory behaviour, tragedy chanting, fans entering the pitch, the use of pyros and throwing objects.
