The reports indicate that with Barcelona’s financial situation on the mend, the club could potentially be in a position to make a move for the Real Madrid target in the near future.

The club are confident that the left-back would give their squad a big jump in quality, and believe that having Hansi Flick at the helm could also be a key pull factor for the Bayern Munich defender.

Having won the Champions League under the tutelage of Flick, working once again under the German manager could well give Davies the incentive he needs to choose the Catalan side over their Madrid rivals.
