All the latest after Deadline Day as Premier League clubs complete business
The the January transfer window came to an end yesterday after typically busy deadline day. Manchester United were among the busier clubs around at the moment, with Marcus Rashford completing his loan switch to Aston Villa to finally end his first-team exile under Ruben Amorim. A new striker was seemingly a priority but the window closed without a new forward posing with a red shirt.
Arsenal were also being tipped with a move to sign a new forward, having seen a bid rejected for Villa star Ollie Watkins. Mathys Tel had appeared an option for both the Gunners and United, though Tottenham won that race after a dramatic late U-turn. Arsenal are rumoured to be plotting an offer for Nico Williams amid interest in Benjamin Sesko for the summer. Chelsea, meanwhile, have signed Mathis Amougou after several exits were confirmed..
Tottenham signed Kevin Danso after having a bid for Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi rejected. Fresh talks with Chelsea over Axel Disasi failed, with Aston Villa winning that race, while Manchester City signed Nico Gonzalez. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Tottenham secured the deadline day signing of Mathys Tel in a major boost to Ange Postecoglou.
The Spurs boss had been desperate to strengthen in attack to help combat an ongoing injury crisis and the club won the race to sign the 19-year-old winger from Bayern Munich.
Tel has joined Spurs on loan until the end of the season and the club will have the option to make the move a permanent one for £45million. Should that be activated, Tel will sign a six-year contract at Tottenham.
The teenager will wear the number 11 shirt for the club this season, which had been vacant since Bryan Gil’s summer departure to Girona.
Erik Lamela, Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart are the other players to have that shirt number over the past 15 years.

Manchester City have clearly been the busiest team in this window.
From rarely signing mid-season, to splurging close to £200million on five players.
Claudio Echeverri arrived at the beginning of the window, then Abdukodir Khusanov, Vitor Reis and Omar Marmoush arrived in a flurry.
Deadline Day saw Nico Gonzalez join for £50m.
And in the same month Erling Haaland sign a nine-and-a-half-year deal.
