UECL: Real Betis beat Fiorentina; Chelsea down Djurgården to reach final | OneFootball

The final of this year's UEFA Europa Conference League is a matter of weeks away and the finalists have now been confirmed.

Chelsea and Real Betis boasted an advantage heading into the second leg but there was still everything to play for on Thursday night.

Here's how all the semi-final action unfolded...

Real Betis edge past Fiorentina

Scorers: Antony 30', Gosens 34', 42', Ezzalzouli 97'

Former Manchester United man Antony gave his side the lead on the 30-minute mark to extend their aggregate advantage to 3-1, but Robin Gosens put Fiorentina back in contention just minutes later.

The 30-year-old then scored a second little under 10 minutes later to ensure the scoreline was level on aggregate heading into the break.

Neither side were able to find a breakthrough in the second half as the match headed to extra-time and Antony was the man of the moment once again.

The goalscorer turned provider, setting up teammate Abde Ezzalzouli for an equaliser on the night, and a goal that put Betis 4-2 ahead on aggregate to take them to the final.

Chelsea overcome Djurgården

Scorers: Dewsbury-Hall 38'

Chelsea booked their place in the final with a 5-1 aggregate win over Djurgården, having already got the job done in the first leg by securing a 4-1 lead.

At Stamford Bridge, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored the only goal of the game to put the result beyond doubt and ensure Enzo Maresca's side will be heading to Wrocław at the end of the month.

Djurgården were unable to mount any form of a comeback as they mustered just three attempts on target compared to Chelsea's four.
