Athletic Club's Europa League semi-final second leg at Old Trafford will be even more of an uphill battle with key players unavailable.

The Basque side trail 3-0 after the first leg in Bilbao after goals from Casemiro and a double from Bruno Fernandes gave Manchester United a comfortable lead.

Defender Dani Vivian was shown a straight red card in that game for his challenge on Rasmus Højlund but he is not the only one to miss Thursday's game.

Both Iñaki Williams and Nico Williams, who started the first leg, will be unavailable for the game due to injuries after both were absent from the official Athletic Club squad.

Influential attacker Ohian Sancet has still not recovered from his injury sustained last month and will also miss out.

Meanwhile, Matthijs de Ligt has not trained with United after being withdrawn early in the 4-3 defeat to Brentford at the weekend although Noussair Mazraoui should be available after being left out against the Bees.
