According to a report from L’Équipe journalist Tanzi Loïc, AC Milan have entered discussions with Chelsea for João Felix (25) on transfer deadline day.
Felix only arrived at Chelsea on a permanent deal over the summer when he signed a seven-year contract from Atlético de Madrid. The London side were reported to have paid around €52 million for the player. This move would be Felix’s second stint in West London as he had previously played for the club on a six-month loan in 2023.
AC Milan are not the only club that have been linked with Felix during the ongoing transfer window. Fabrice Hawkins reported a week ago that Aston Villa were interested in the player and had been in direct contact with Chelsea over their ambitions.
However, negotiations between Chelsea and Aston Villa might not be so simple. Fabrizio Romano wrote that Chelsea were unwilling to loan Axel Disasi to Aston Villa because the two clubs are direct rivals for a spot in next year’s Champions League.
