Only Mohamed Salah could be used in an argument against Alexander Isak being the most in-form player in the Premier League right now and, like the Egyptian, there is speculation about his future.

Isak has scored 17 league goals already this season, just behind Salah and Erling Haaland in the golden boot race, and has helped fire Newcastle into a Champions League qualification push.

However, he has yet to sign a new deal with the Magpies, albeit his current contract runs until 2028, and there have been links with all the big clubs, most notably Arsenal.
