It looked like Manchester City might be on the ropes again as PSG thought they had taken the lead at the Parc des Princes through Achraf Hakimi.
But for the PSG fans in the stadium, there then came the dreaded wait whilst the goal was checked by VAR.

The goal was indeed ruled out, and it was for the very tightest of calls once again.
And the Parisians were made to pay for the position of Nuno Mendes' knee as a quick-fire double from City gave them a mountain to climb as they fought back to 2-2.
Is the rule too harsh?
