Aston Villa look to replace Jhon Duran with Mathys Tel | OneFootball

Jhon Durán (21) looks set to leave Aston Villa in the coming days with Al-Nassr reaching an agreement with the Premier League club to sign the No.9. According to RMC Sport, Aston Villa already have a replacement lined up in the form of Bayern Munich forward Mathys Tel (19).

Tel wants to leave Bayern Munich before the closure of the transfer window as he is in search of regular game time in order to further his career. Behind Harry Kane in the pecking order at the Allianz Arena, the Frenchman has decided that leaving the Bavarian club is the correct career move.

He is now the subject of considerable Premier League interest. As previously reported, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all interested in the former Stade Rennais forward. RMC Sport understands that Aston Villa, in the market for a replacement for Durán, have now joined the race. Bayern Munich are demanding between €50-60m for Tel.
