A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona is leading both La Liga and the Champions League when it comes to successful dribbles thus far this season.

That’s according to statisticians WhoScored, who have on Thursday provided a breakdown of the stats.

Wide-man Lamine is for his part of course in the midst of another stellar individual campaign to date.

Continuing to make a name for himself as world football’s very best young talent, the 17-year-old has dazzled from his berth on the right flank in Barcelona’s XI.

All told, Lamine has racked up 31 appearances for the Blaugrana in all competitions.

And, across these outings, the Spanish international has notched a head-turning 11 goals, and 14 assists.

And yet, it is another element of Lamine’s game which is the central focus of the remarkable statistic alluded to above.

As revealed by WhoScored:

‘No player is completing more successful dribbles per game than Lamine Yamal in the Champions League (3.7) or Europe’s top five leagues (3.9) this season.’
