Le Racing announced the news via a post on their official club website this evening.
It has been reported that the defender will initially spend the remainder of the current season in Eastern France.
The 30-year-old French international full-back returns to her homeland after spending the last two-and-a-half years with Chelsea. Périsset has made 66 appearances for The Blues in all competitions in which she has scored two goals. In her time as a Blue, Périsset has won back-to-back Barclays Women’s Super League titles while she also lifted the Adobe Women’s FA Cup in 2022/2023.
Périsset recently made the decision to pursue a brand new challenge and she will now be hoping to help French strugglers Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace climb the league rankings in the coming months.
After securing her transfer, Périsset said “I can’t wait to get started with my new teammates. I will try to bring as much experience as possible to achieve our goal of staying in the league.”
Périsset joins a Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace side that currently find themselves in 11th position in the Arkema Première Ligue table.
