Chloe Kelly returns to Arsenal Women | OneFootball

Chloe Kelly has left Manchester City on a loan deal and rejoined Arsenal for whom she made 19 appearances up until 2018.

She has almost 50 caps for England, helping the Lionesses win Euro 2022 and achieve runners-up spot at the 2023 World Cup.

The former Gunners player made nearly 50 appearances for Everton whom she originally joined on loan, before her time with Manchester City produced 30 goals from 109 games, as the team enjoyed FA Cup and League Cup successes.

Head Coach Renée Slegers told www.arsenal.com: “Chloe is an exciting attacking player and will be a great addition to our squad as we approach the second half of the season. She’s direct and explosive, with huge natural talent and ability. We’re all looking forward to working with Chloe as an Arsenal player in the coming months.”

Director of Women’s Football Clare Wheatley said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Chloe back to Arsenal. As an academy graduate, we’ve been proud to see the career she’s gone on to enjoy, both at club and international level. We’re delighted she’ll be representing Arsenal again as we aim to compete for honours this season.”
