Serie A side Como are interested in the possibility of signing Liverpool’s Federico Chiesa in the January transfer window.

Things haven’t quite worked out for Chiesa so far at Anfield and he has played only 78 minutes of first-team football in all competitions.

Daniele Longo has reported that while Arne Slot has been public about what he wants more from Chiesa, the player is also not fully happy with his situation and would want to play more often.

Soon enough, he will have a key meeting with Slot to understand about where he stands in the pecking order and depending on what the Reds’ stance is, his future in January can be decided. Although a permanent move is difficult due to his contract and wage demands, a loan move is certainly a possibility.

Como are keeping their eyes on the situation and could attempt a temporary loan. Milan are also interested and they could also make a loan move for the Italian.
