Inter Milan goalkeeper Yann Sommer had a game of his life as the Nerazzurri stunned Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final.
Per Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the 36-year-old veteran turned on a ‘superhero’ mode to squeeze Inter through.
Despite conceding three goals, Yann Sommer was spectacular between the sticks.
Indeed, he was the reason Simone Inzaghi’s side stayed in the tie until Francesco Acerbi’s last-gasp equalizer.
Deep in his 30s, Sommer proved he is still a world-class stopper.

Three of Barcelona’s seven attempts on target finished behind the Swiss star’s back.
However, he made seven exquisite saves to prevent further damage and ultimately help Inter progress.
Furthermore, his incredible diving save to thwart Eric Garcia from only a few meters out was out of this world.
Then, he produced more highlight material in extra time.
Indeed, that fabulous flight through the air to deny Lamine Yamal sealed Barcelona’s fate at San Siro.
Therefore, it is hardly surprising he won the ‘Man of the Match’ award.
