Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has delivered what he calls ‘the final understanding’ on one big Chelsea transfer deal this summer.

Chelsea are going to be busy in the upcoming transfer window and they will have a number of deals they will look to be pulling off both outgoing and incoming.

We have been hearing about a host of names that Chelsea could go for in the market again at the end of the season, and the name of Rafa Leao is one creeping back in again, with Chelsea being linked to him a number of times over the years.

Chelsea of course have already completed the deals to sign two players from Sporting, with one of them arriving this summer and the other the following summer. Apparently, Chelsea felt pressure from other top clubs so that’s why they got the deals for Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo done early in some pre-deals.

One situation that Chelsea will have to deal with as well will be what happens now with Joao Felix, who is currently on loan at AC Milan. As it does not look like they will be signing him now.

Fabrizio Romano has put out his latest YouTube video and there is some updates on Felix.

He says:

“The final understanding is that AC Milan will NOT buy João Félix permanently from Chelsea!

“Barring any last-minute surprises, João Félix will be back at Chelsea; then they will decide whether to keep him or try to find a different solution. Maybe in Turkey or Saudi Arabia, or maybe some opportunity in Portugal with Benfica. We will see.”
