  • Tickets include the right to use MDV public transport throughout the entire city area (zone 110) from five hours before until five hours after the match. Tram lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 15 run to the stadium (stop Sportforum Süd or Sportforum Ost).
  • Further information is available here.
  • There will also be shuttle buses for BVB fans both before and after the match. The shuttle buses will depart from the main railway station to the stadium before the match from 15:00 CET. After the match, the shuttle buses will travel back to the station via the north side of the stadium.

Arrival by car/minibus

  • Away fans are advised to take the A9 to the Leipzig-West exit, direction B181 via Merseburger Straße, Rückmarsdorfer Straße and Hans-Driesch-Straße to reach the stadium.
  • On matchday, there will be a temporary exclusion zone around an adjacent residential area. Due to the increased traffic volume, there may be considerable travel obstructions around the stadium. For this reason, it is recommended to use the multi-storey car parks, Park + Ride car parks and public transport.

Arrival by bus

  1. Away fans arriving by bus can get off and on again in the Landauer Brücke/Am Sportforum area. Stewards will be on hand to guide fans to the away sector. During the match, fan buses can park in Cottaweg Straße.
  • The stadium will open 120 minutes before kick-off, at 16:30 CET.
  • BVB colours cannot be worn in blocks B and D of the home sector.

Permitted fan paraphernalia

  • 3 drums
  • 3 megaphones
  • 25 small flags, with a pole length up to 2 metres
  • 10 large swivel flags
  • 10 double-holders
  • Fence flags provided space is available
  • Only transparent/see-through adhesive tape

Permitted items

  1. Bags up to DIN A4 size
  • Large bags and rucksacks (larger than DIN A4)  There will be a drop-off point for larger luggage at the away entrance. But the storage capacity is limited.
  • Power banks
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Bottles and cans
  • Professional cameras
  • Coloured adhesive tape

Visibly drunk people will not be admitted to the stadium. Random checks will also be carried out using a breathalyser.

Stadium

  • The away sector is located in blocks 3.2 to 7
  • Payment is only possible via cashless means (debit and credit card, mobile payment with smartphone) in the away sector.
  • Please take note of the applicable Stadium Regulations.
