Thuram expected to recover in time for Inter’s crucial Juventus clash

However, Corriere dello Sport reports that the 27-year-old only suffered a minor contusion, meaning he is expected to recover in time for Sunday’s high-stakes Derby d’Italia.

The Allianz Stadium fixture will be particularly important for both sides, and Thuram’s return would be a significant boost for Inter, who are eager to continue their push for the Serie A title after reducing their gap to leaders Napoli to one point last weekend.
