Simone Inzaghi is planning four changes to the starting eleven for Sunday’s Serie A match between Lecce and Inter Milan, with Davide Frattesi and Marko Arnautovic to start.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They also report that Kristjan Asllani will drop out of the lineup.

Inter take on Lecce in Serie A on Sunday evening.

This match comes at a very busy period in the fixture list for the Nerazzurri. They just played in the Champions League on Wednesday, against Sparta Prague.

A clash with Monaco follows next week. And then the following weekend, it is the derby against AC Milan.

Inzaghi Plans Four Changes To Lineup For Lecce Vs Inter – Frattesi & Arnautovic To Start

Inter coach Inzaghi went with a strong starting eleven against Sparta on Wednesday.

But the coach will think a bit more about squad rotation on Sunday.

In midfield, the Corriere reports, Nicolo Barella will get a rest.

That will give a chance for fellow Italian international Frattesi to start.

And then in attack, former West Ham United and Stoke City striker Marko Arnautovic will lead the line alongside Marcus Thuram.

The Corriere’s complete predicted Inter starting eleven for the match is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Sommer; Pavard, De Vrij, Bastoni; Darmian, Frattesi, Zielinski, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Thuram, Arnautovic
