Yann Bisseck believes Inter Milan reaffirmed their continental credentials with a stunning Champions League semi-final win vs Barcelona.
Speaking to InterTV via FCInterNews, the German defender refused to hide his excitement for an epic victory.
Last night’s spectacle at San Siro will live long in the memory of every football enthusiast.
Indeed, Inter and Barcelona fought until the final breath, keeping fans on the edge of their seats for over 120 minutes.
Eventually, it was the Italian team to come out on top.
Simone Inzaghi thrived in the face of adversity as his side defied recent slumps to book a place in the grandest match.
However, Inzaghi’s players were true heroes last night.
Yann Bisseck was among them as he slotted in for the injured Benjamin Pavard in the most significant game of his career.
Despite lacking experience at this stage, the German star fared outstandingly against Europe’s most prolific attack.

It was one for the history books, arguably the most phenomenal tie in ages.
And Inter won it 7-6 on aggregate. More importantly, they did so against the odds.
“We’ve always believed in ourselves,” Bisseck said after the match. “But it’s hard to put into words how I feel.
“We’ve done something incredible; there was some suffering, but we did our job well.
“I need to sleep on it, and maybe tomorrow I’ll realize what just happened.
“It’s not over yet. We still have one more game to play and we need to give our best.
“I think we’ll be ready. We have to take it one match at a time. There’s still a lot to do in the league, but we’ll be there for the final.
“We’ve faced great teams, but so are we, and I hope the world will see how strong we are. Let’s see what happens.”
