Juventus continue to explore a possible deal with Newcastle United for defender Lloyd Kelly, whom the Bianconeri want to sign on loan with a possible obligation to buy according to Monday’s reports.
Reports on Sunday claimed that Juventus are interested in signing the versatile defender as Cristiano Giuntoli looks to provide Thiago Motta with another defensive reinforcement in January.
The Bianconeri have already signed Alberto Costa from Vitoria Guimaraes earlier this window, but are looking to add another defender to their ranks following the long-term injuries suffered by Bremer and Juan Cabal earlier in the season.

While reports over the weekend claimed that Juventus had prepared a bid in the region of €12m to sign Kelly from Newcastle in January, Monday’s reports suggest that the Bianconeri are now looking at an initial loan deal.
According to updates from Gianluca Di Marzio, Juve are looking at the possibility of bringing Kelly to Turin on loan with an obligation to buy linked to various sporting conditions.
