Kieran Tierney named at left wing for Arsenal in UCL clash | OneFootball

Celtic-bound Kieran Tierney has been named in the Arsenal team for this evening’s UEFA Champions League game against PSV. This should come as no surprise given that he’s enjoyed a resurgence under Mikel Arteta over the last few weeks. However, the Spaniard has named Tierney at left wing.

Tierney’s crossing abilities have been praised by Arsenal supporters on social media and it appears that the manager has taken this account. The team appears to be a shuffled XI as he looks to comfortably ease through to the next round.

Tierney will become a Celtic player again in the summer after agreeing a pre contract with Brendan Rodgers’ side. Tierney’s versatility will be an added bonus to Celtic, especially given that he can play at centre back but it is unlikely that Brendan will push him one forward, especially with Jota and Maeda.
