Bologna hero Dan Ndoye has attracted interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe and is ‘ready for the next step’ according to his agent, although the Swiss international could continue to ‘make history’ at the Stadio Dall’Ara.
Ndoye scored the winner in Bologna’s historic Coppa Italia victory on Wednesday, allowing the Rossoblu to lift their first major trophy in 51 years.
“He attracted interest from half of Europe at the Euros, but winning the Coppa Italia thanks to his goal is something unforgettable,” his agent Fahd Adamson Mansoor told TMW.
“It was moving to see him this happy. He was so delighted that he almost didn’t remember who he had scored.”
Napoli were reportedly in talks to sign the 24-year-old in the January transfer window and his agent confirmed negotiations with the Partenopei.
“I can confirm it, they concretely tried to sign him,” he said.
“It’s easy to manage him, even in such a complicated world. He has an extraordinary family and is very smart.”
Ndoye’s contract at the Stadio Dall’Ara expires in June 2027, but Bologna have an option to extend it for a further campaign.

Several top clubs, including Liverpool, have been linked with securing his services over the last few months.
“Let’s start by saying that many big clubs wanted him, but Bologna was a wise choice, and the night in Rome confirmed it. It’s a perfect step,” his agent said.
“It’s a healthy club where he had the chance to play consistently and become one of the best players in the league.
“We must sit down with Bologna and understand. Dan has grown, and we must understand what Saputo’s club wants to do,” Fahd Adamson Mansoor continued.
“Many clubs want him, and I can’t deny that we receive requests from Europe every day.”
The Rossoblu sold Riccardo Calafiori and Joshua Zirkzee last summer, and even saw their coach, Thiago Motta, join Juventus.
“Bologna sold some of their best players last summer and we’ll see what they want to do now,” Ndoye’s agent concluded.
“We must make assessments alongside the club, so it’s too early to say what will happen. There are requests and surely he’s ready for the next step. But he has already made history with Bologna, so we can’t rule out that he’ll do it again, right?”
