Lucas Hernandez expected to return to training before December | OneFootball

Lucas Hernandez (28) is expected to be back in training before December. The defender suffered a serious injury when he ruptured his anterior ligament during the first leg of Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League semi-final against Borussia Dortmund in May.

L’Équipe writes that Hernandez’s lengthy absence should be coming to an end with the defender expected to be training individually before mid-November, and then following the next international break (the week of the 18th of November) he could be integrated back into team training sessions.

According to the French outlet, Hernandez has been desperate to return to the pitch albeit after suffering four serious injuries in his career he is well aware that there are still some important milestones to cross before his knee will have recovered enough to play in a match. However, the club remain hopeful that the France international will be ready to play some minutes ahead of the winter break.
