There were three Women's FA Cup quarter-final fixtures taking place on Sunday.
Here's what went down.
Scorers: Shaw 53', Park 72'
Two second half goals saw Manchester City past Aston Villa 2-0 to book their place in the final four of the Women's FA Cup.
The best opportunity of a scoreless first half came for Villa but Ebony Salmon was denied by a fantastic Ayaka Yamashita save after she was sent scampering through on goal.
That missed chance came back to haunt the visitors eight minutes after half-time when Bunny Shaw was played in on goal in similar circumstances and showed her ruthless streak by making no mistake.
Jess Park put the result beyond doubt inside the final 20 minutes by slotting home calmly after unselfishly being teed up by Vivianne Miedema.
The win puts City in the hat for the semi-final draw which takes place later on Sunday evening.
Scorers: James 64'
Chelsea kept their quadruple hopes alive with a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace.
The hosts saw goals in either half disallowed with Aggie Beever-Jones and Catarina Macario denied for the latter being flagged offside in the build-up to both efforts.
But Sonia Bompastor's side finally delivered a breakthrough midway through the second half courtesy of Lauren James' low-driven strike following a corner.
Scorers: Van Domselaar OG 79'
Liverpool booked their semi-final place with a 1-0 win over WSL rivals Arsenal.
The visitors settled matters courtesy of an own goal from Daphne van Domselaar, who saw Sophie Román Haug's effort rebound off her after hitting the post.
The Reds have a 100% record since Amber Whiteley took temporary charge.
